Keeping it Loose: Senior Fitness Program
We will work together to keep our bodies healthy.
This series includes six fun interactive classes.

Purpose: increase flexibility and mobility, learn new fun healthy habits, smile, laugh and have fun!

This Healthy Habits Series will consist of six fun, interactive exercise, and healthy lifestyle classes.
We will exercise and discuss the importance of hydration, perform new fun chair exercises, learn drumming exercises, nutrition tips, and the truth behind meditation.
Bring a pillow to class 😊
